Returns Policy

RETURN POLICY

This return policy is valid for 14 days after the date of you purchase. Thereafter, we cannot accept your return.

Conditions of return

The item that you want to return must be in its original packaging and be unused to be eligible for return.

We do not accept returns of gift Cards or vouchers.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Sale Items

Only regular price items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@metrolifestyle.co.za and send your item to : Metro Lifestyle ,Cnr Heuwel & Lenchen North Ave, Centurion 0157 Shop No - LG01

Refunds

We will send you a notification when we have received your item. We will also inspect the return product and inform you if your return has been approved or rejected ( Based on the condition of return) . If we approve yo9ur return, we will process your return with a credit applied to your credit card ( or original method of payment ) which can take a few days.

If you have not yet received your refund, follow these steps :

·        Check your bank account

·        Contact your credit card company & bank ( There might be time delays before your credit has been processes)

·        If you have done the above and still have not received your refund,  please contact us at info@metrolifestyle.co.za .

Shipping your return item will be at your cost ( Delivery cost ). Shipping cost are no-refundable . if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
